Staff development tool for the Workforce Investment system staff at One-Stops and partner organizations who are engaged in working job seekers, employers, and students. Workforce Tools of the Trade assists staff trainers, individual learners, and hiring managers within the Workforce Investment system in staff development activities. The site currently provides information on seminars, courses, research and other learning resources; training providers and consultants; competencies and certification programs; and associations and events calendars.
