Join us on June 4-8 for the #RaisingYouthVoice Campaign and Twitter Chat!
The National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth (NCWD/Youth) is hosting this event to share and discuss resources produced by the National Youth Action Council on Transition (YouthACT). Each day we’ll feature one resource relevant to transition to adulthood (employment, postsecondary education, health) and post questions and activities for participants.
